Inspection Trip to Bulgaria

It is only natural, we all want to see what we’re buying before we commit ourselves, so we can make sure we’re making the right choice. Finding the right property is not always an easy task as well.

For You and all your needs we can organize an inspection trip (viewing trip) to Bulgaria. We will take special time and attention there, get to meet all your demands in viewing the properties, give impartial advice and take you to meet with solicitors (advocates), builders, officials, bankers and of course your potential new neighbors.

This trip takes on average 3-5 days and given enough time, we at BP Select will schedule and arrange it.

We can meet You at airport of your choice and we can take you to the desired property/es. We will arrange your flights and your stay at local (or preferred) hotel and personally assign you with an english speaking personal assistant/driver during your stay. After viewing, with no obligation whatsoever, we will take you back to the airport.

Even if nothing suits your requirements and no purchase is made, we promise to treat You in the most professional manner, make this trip memorable for You and offer to You the utmost Bulgarian hospitality.

We will contact You to arrange the viewing trip and discuss details of times, flights, accommodation, meetings and the viewing itself.

The rate for our viewing trip is as follows € 35 per day (£25 per day) usually around 8 hrs (scheduled drives and meetings) or € 0.20 per km, whichever is greater, with no minimum or maximum view stops. All additional such as hotel accommodation, food and drinks etc. will come at extra cost. Charges are on average, based on previous experience and driving distances, petrol and parking costs and availability of our personnel.

For us to guarantee availability, we shall require at least one weeks notice. To reserve, please complete the booking form above or simply call us.

Due to prior booking conditions, hotel’s reservations and/or airlines policies, payment may be required at time of booking and in case of late cancellation, this may be non refundable.
