House in village of Jeravna

Jeravna is a little picturesque village with authentic Bulgarian architecture, seen only in the region, situated in the central part of the Balkan mountains, near the town of Kotel .
The village of itself has 330 houses and only 550 inhabitants. It is at 640 m. above sea level.

In the area is the most elevated point , Rasboina peak is at 1128 m. above sea level.
The minimum temperatures are registered in January (-10°C) and maximum temperatures are in July (39°C).

This property is an old house which is a need of overall restoration or demolition (as a last resort). The house is one storey , covering approx 60 sq. m. with three rooms and exposed timber trimmer joists.

The surrounding yard comes 680 sq. m.with few trees and what can bean area for relax .
It is situated at the end of the village Jeravna (or Zheravna).
