This House is situated in a little village some 40km west of Varna, between beautiful forest and fields. Driving from Varna to the village takes around 30 min . Varna airport is only 30 km from the village, and driving to, takes around 20 min. The village has a population of over 500 people, there is a restaurant, three shops and local produce market.

Near by, there is a small lake suitable for fishing. Another tourist attraction not far is the ancient rock monastery in the close forest, as well the several caves in the area, yet to be developed.

The house was built around 60 years ago and in the spring of 2005 has been refurbished. It consists of two floors. The foundations and the first floor are stone built with 50cm thick walls and the second floor is built with bricks.
On the outside the first floor is open stone, and the second is newly plastered and painted in white. Each floor is with living area of aroung 45 sq.m.

The first floor consists of a small hallway, big living area, kitchen, and toilet with bathroom .
The walls and floor of the bathroom floor are tiled, however the stone on part of the walls is left open. The first floor has a new wooden ceiling, the floor is covered with stone tiles and the walls are open stone.

The second floor consists of a small hall and two bedrooms. The ceiling and the walls are plastered. The second floor needs a some work done to it.
All the electricity, plumbing systems, telephone lines etc. are new. Outside the yard has a new stone wall build (50 cm thick and almost 70m long), with decorative wooden ornaments on top, between 1,5 and 2,5 m high.

The outside land is in excess of 1640 sq.m. and consists of three separate plots.
The house is situated in a corner plot of 840 sq.m., and the other two plots are 450 and 350 sq.m. respectively and currently come as garden and an fruit orchard with around 22 fruit trees. The three plots are not separated, and have a common fence.
