Nessebar and Sunny Beach are less than 20 km and Burgas is about 50 km south.

The charge will cover cleaning, maintenance, electricity and lighting of the communal parts of the buildings, swimming pools and exterior, gardening and landscaping, security.

Rental Management

A Full Rental Management service can also be offered for an extra charge. Details will be announced at completion.

Two-storey villa-110000euro

1. 50% from the sale price payable as first installment - within one week from the day of signing the preliminary contract purchase

2. 30% of the sale price as second installment - payable within one week after the roof assembly of the villa is completed

3. The remaining 20% of the sale priceis to be paid as third installment - due within one week from the day of signing the notary deed
