Our Rates
The rates of services we offer are as follows:
- Research and convey on the property - check for mortgages and others - 95 EUR.
- Solicitors fees, due upon signing of the preliminary contract 100 EUR, and on the completion of the deal - 100 EUR.
- Registration in Court of a Limited Company - 600 EUR
- Company Registration Fee / National Tax Register, National Companies Register and National Social Security Institute - 85 EUR
- Opening a bank current account - 25 EUR
- Accounting and book keeping / annual service reports / - 75 EUR
- Our commission of the purchase price of the property is 3% (not less than 500 EUR), whichever is greater, due at signing the preliminary contract.
Other expenses:
- 2% (of the taxable base) property transfer fee is due to the Bulgarian tax authorities.
- 0,1% (of the taxable base) local Сourt fee for registering the notary act.
- 1% notary fee of the property price (proportional to the taxable base) according to the chart of the Notary's Fee Tariffs.
Accommodation and support fees (Inspection trip) :
- Transport in Bulgaria, car with English speaking personal driver/assistant - 0.20 EUR per km or 35 EUR per day (whichever is greater).
